JKR Selangor visits Novapave for a technical briefing and Viacore demonstration
Officers from JKR Selangor visited Novapave for technical presentations on Fibre Mastic Asphalt, Viacore cold mix, Refug 100 and guardrail products. The programme included a live Viacore pothole repair and a tour of the production area and the quality control and R&D laboratory.

Novapave exhibits at Saudi Build 2025 in Riyadh
Novapave presented Fibre Mastic Asphalt at the 35th Saudi Build, held at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Centre, from its stand in the MATRADE Malaysia Pavilion.
Viacore proof of concept at two sites on the PLUS expressway network
After presenting to UEM Edgenta, asset manager for PLUS, in August 2025, Novapave took part in two proof-of-concept trials of Viacore permanent cold mix and Refug 100 crack sealer: at Section C1, Tapah, on a 20 m stretch between KM335 and KM339 southbound, and at Section N4N5, Matang, Perak (KM211.50 and KM211.75), from 1 October 2025. Novapave's monitoring at Matang to December 2025 recorded the Viacore repairs in good condition, with no settlement or fracture.

Three Fibre Mastic Asphalt resurfacing jobs were completed in five weeks: Senai–Desaru Expressway Package 1 (31 March), Federal Route FT23 in Segamat (3 April) and Federal Route FT003 in Kuala Nerus (22 April).

Fibre Mastic Asphalt resurfacing on the Senai-Desaru Expressway
Fibre Mastic Asphalt was laid to rectify sections of the expressway affected by rutting under heavy truck loading, in a project facilitated by the Malaysian Technology Development Corporation.
